Archer Road Corporate Park is a 23-acre commercial project that is located in southwest Gainesville. EC&D’s involvement thus far has included Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Rezoning, engineering, and environmental planning. The park will include 13 offices, a financial institution, associated parking, common open space, stormwater management facilities, and internal roadways. Rare species identified on the property such as poppy mallow and little ladies’-tresses are to be preserved in a designated on-site preservation area to ensure their continued growth and survival.
