Requirements:

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of related experience.

Job Description:

•Assist engineers in preparing land development plans and submittals
•Design site-layouts for drainage and infrastructure
•Review land development plans for compliance with code
•Create proposed layouts for developers
•Drafting duties may include drainage, paving, grading, utilities,
•and general site plans for new development projects
•Use AutoCAD 2002 and Land Development Desktop to develop
•construction level drawings for various types of projects
•Transform initial rough designs into professional documents
•Review engineering drawings and designs and adhere to established
•specifications and standards
•Follow established technical specifications to prepare drawings
•Prepare various drawings of structures and equipment systems derived
•from layouts and sketches
•Manage and train AutoCAD interns
•Direct and assist AutoCAD Technician I
