Job Title: Environmental Scientist I

Requirements:

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science
or a Natural Science and enjoy being out in the field.

Job Description:

•Field work including: wetland delineations, wetland verification, listed species
•surveys, vegetation surveys, wetland monitoring,
•and habitat analysis
•Identifying Florida flora and fauna
•Gopher tortoise surveying, permitting, and relocation
•Conduct research and acquire maps for projects
•Field preparation
•Conduct wetland monitoring and prepare and submit monitoring reports to
•agencies
•Equipment maintenance and inventory
•Assist principals, project managers, department managers, and administrative
•staff as necessary
