The Heckscher Drive property is located along the St. Johns River and is bound to the north by Heckscher Dr. and to the east by Sisters Creek. EC&D assessed the mitigation value of property in prder to help the land owner determine the overall property value. . As part of this analysis, EC&D reviewed the historic and current conditions of the site, developed a preliminary mitigation plan, conducted a Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM) analysis in accordance with Chapter 62-345 F.A.C., researched other mitigation banks currently operating within the St. Johns River Basin, evaluated potential market demand and pricing for saltwater mitigation credits, and estimated mitigation costs associated with the preliminary mitigation plan.
