Statewide Potential Mitigation Location Filtering

EC&D developed a methodology to analyze, rank and filter vacant silvaculture land on a regional or statewide level to identify potential mitigation bank locations and Regionally Significant Areas.  To date we have completed this analysis for clients in Florida, Georgia, South and North Carolina, Arkansas, Mississippi, Michigan and Wisconsin. 

This analysis focuses on identifying potential wetland impact locations and comparing them with potential mitigation properties. Potential mitigation sites are selected through automated GIS desktop analysis and aerial photograph interpretation. EC&D has a proven track record of successfully selecting, permitting, and managing mitigation banks and properties throughout the southeastern United States.
