Principals:

Carl Salafrio, President

Carl Salafrio graduated with a B.S. in Marine Science from Stockton State College in 1983.  He received his masters degree in Coastal Zone Management/Oceanography from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1986.

His expertise is in the areas of land planning, environmental assessment, and environmental permitting.  In addition to being President and CEO, Carl is also the principal scientist and primary marketing contact here at Environmental Consulting & Design.

Tammy Garcia, Vice President

Tammy Garcia graduated from Florida International University in 1998 with a B.A. in Environmental Science.

She was previously employed as an Environmental Specialist and Assistant Permit Coordinator at the Florida Department of Transportation.  Since then she has worked as an environmental consultant specializing in environmental permitting, ecological assessment, wetland delineation, and wetland mitigation.  In addition to COO and Vice President, Tammy is also the senior biologist and Environmental Science Department Manager here at EC&D.
